Specialist Restoration & Service 30-40%

temporary until the end of February 2027 with the option of permanent employment

The internal gastronomy team operates a cafeteria in the Klinik Südhang in Kirchlindach (BE) from Monday to Friday and a staff restaurant at our main location in Wabern (BE). Together with the team, you are responsible for accompanying young people in a vocational measure in restoration. The main place of work is the cafeteria of the Klinik Südhang in Kirchlindach.

Your tasks

• You look after our guests in a friendly and professional manner and ensure a well-maintained operation.
• You support cleaning work and ensure compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
• You promote employees in a vocational measure and guide them in the tasks at hand.
• You work together with internal and external specialist agencies to promote the sustainable integration of trainees into the first labor market.
• You contribute ideas and actively participate in the further development of our offering.
• You take over holiday substitutions within the team.

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training EFZ in the field of gastronomy, restoration, or housekeeping, or you bring several years of practical experience in these areas.
• You are a service-oriented specialist with high social competence and a high awareness of quality.
• You like to take on responsibility, appreciate independent work, and are looking for employment where your practical skills are in demand.
• Good PC skills in the Office suite and good German skills round off your profile.
