Your mission:
Ensure all administrative and technical tasks inherent to the management of a PPE portfolio and the holding of general assemblies.
Your profile:
Proven experience in the administration of co-ownerships in Switzerland
Excellent knowledge of building technology, energy transition, and co-ownership law
Mastery of modern work tools, administrative autonomy (in a highly digitalized environment)
Interpersonal skills
Administrative and organizational rigor
Availability in the early evening during the general assembly period
Good spelling and writing skills
Driver's license / vehicle owner
Start date: 1st September 2026 or to be agreed
