B&I Operations Section Manager (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Procurement, Support & Infrastructure department, we are looking for a Section Manager (M/F) whose missions will be to support our operations teams in the fields of Electricity, MCR, HVAC, Sanitary, Building.

Responsibilities ##

• Lead the Buildings & Infrastructure Operations section
• Build and drive the section strategy to meet the objectives of the Manufacture and the needs of partners
• Ensure collaboration with internal and external partners
• Support, motivate and unite a management team towards common objectives
• Ensure the sustainability of skills within the scope
• Anticipate, measure and evaluate the impacts of the section's orientations on future challenges

Profile ##

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Knowledge or appetite for building trades
• Several years of management experience in a technical environment
• Good listener, excellent customer orientation
• Empathic, unifying, dynamic and agile
• Adopts a coach posture in the exercise of their functions
• Analytical and synthesis spirit supported by an orientation towards objectives and a global / strategic vision
