Your Task ##

• Responsible for the demand-oriented planning and control of defined product groups as well as their timely disposition
• Ensuring a smooth ordering process including the creation, checking, and provision of all relevant documents
• Coordination and monitoring of the entire transport chain in cooperation with external logistics and freight forwarding partners
• Optimization of product availability and inventory levels according to economic criteria and ensuring an efficient material flow
• Checking and processing of supplier and transport invoices as well as coordination of the corresponding payment processes with the finance department

Your Profile ##

• Commercial basic training or a technical basic training with commercial further training
• Professional experience as an operational buyer (m/f)
• Very good language skills in German and English, spoken and written
• Good proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office
• Joy of communication and a team-oriented personality
