For the deployment area Central Switzerland, especially Stadt Luzern and Agglomeration, we are looking for a reliable and independent personality as a Service Technician Oil/Gas (m/f/div.) for our own brand Buderus.

Job Description ##

• You take care of the professional commissioning of oil / gas heating systems, hot water systems, and control systems.
• You undertake the careful maintenance of these devices according to the high Buderus quality standards.
• You analyze and rectify faults - expertly, quickly, and independently.
• You advise customers on the ideal settings of the devices according to personal customer needs.
• You inform our customers about the comprehensive benefits of the optional Buderus maintenance contracts.
• You organize your service assignments and report them reliably to the customer and our dispatch.
• You perform on-call duty (Pikett) in consultation with the team.

Qualifications ##

• Training: EFZ training; preferably in the electrical, heating, mechanical, or automotive industry
• Personality and way of working: reliable, independent, service-oriented, resilient, and flexible
• Experience: experience in the industry is desirable, but "a positive mindset, a great willingness to learn, and interest in the subject matter" is much more important to us
• Languages: proficient German skills
