Building Concierge - M/F

On behalf of a company specialized in human-scale concierge / cleaning services, we are looking for a building concierge M/F

To ensure this long-term mission which could lead to a permanent position, the necessary skills are as follows:

• Similar experience of min 2 years
• Driver's license mandatory - ability to drive a van
• Autonomous: ability to manage priorities, schedules...
• Conscientious, professional, organized
• Flexibility of schedules
• Excellent sense of contact
• French B2 minimum

The missions offered to you:

• Building concierge: cleaning of common areas, minor repairs, waste management, clearing management
• Office cleaning
• End-of-mission cleaning

This position is in complete autonomy in the management of time and tasks.
You will be in direct contact with tenants and clients.
