your tasks

• Independent creation of design, execution, and detail plans for new buildings, conversions, and renovations
• Planning and developing projects directly on the digital three-dimensional model
• Collaboration in all planning phases from the project study to the execution planning
• Creation of submission plans as well as accompaniment of building permit procedures
• Active exchange with architects, authorities, specialist planners, and craftsmen

Qualifications

• Successfully completed basic training as a draftsperson specializing in architecture or comparable qualification
• Joy in modern architecture, sustainable construction methods, and precise detail planning
• Sound knowledge of common CAD software
• Interest in digital planning and modern ways of working
• Independent, structured way of working as well as a pronounced team spirit
