Varioserv AG is a service company in the areas of real estate management, real estate agency, purchase/sale of properties, new constructions and renovations. We look after residential and commercial properties throughout German-speaking Switzerland. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and reliable Reception/Administration Employee 80 - 100 % (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Professional reception and care of customers, business partners and visitors
• Operating the telephone switchboard and competently handling simple inquiries for the real estate management team (1st level support)
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Management and ordering of office supplies and consumables
• Contact person for infrastructural concerns
• Support in event organization
• Taking over general administrative activities

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in the reception area or in a comparable position is an advantage
• Friendly and professional appearance
• Organizational talent and strong service orientation
• Interest in the real estate industry
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
