Case Manager at the Prefecture

Job Description ##

As a case manager at the Lausanne district prefecture, you will participate in the management of all administrative, criminal, and civil services of the prefecture. Your mission is part of an evolving entity that offers varied tasks.

Responsibilities ##

• Management of administrative services related to various criminal procedures such as fines, orders, oppositions to payment arrangements
• Management of administrative services related to various procedures of the conciliation commission regarding residential leases
• Reception and information for users at the prefecture counter
• Administrative follow-up of communal and association accounts
• Management of the prefecture's accounting records

Qualifications ##

• CFC commercial employee or an equivalent title
• Certificate as a company trainer (an asset)
• Professional experience in the criminal field or in residential lease procedures
• Strong interest in public institutions
• Excellent writing skills
• Mastery of standard IT tools
• Sense of organization and time management
• Ability to adapt and flexibility
• Developed customer orientation, listening, and communication
