Team Leader Credit Processing (a) Workload 80-100% Work location Bern-Liebefeld How you inspire You lead and develop one of four teams in credit processing with 10 to 12 employees – both professionally and personally. You actively drive change and empower your team to master new challenges flexibly and successfully. You create sustainable trust and acceptance for new solutions, systems, and ways of working within your team. Together with the specialist managers, you form the interface within the department and ensure a smooth and customer-oriented flow of our processes. You actively support your team in daily business and ensure optimal personnel deployment through forward-looking resource planning. What you bring You possess a higher degree in business administration or banking and have completed a CAS in Leadership or a comparable leadership training – or are currently in the corresponding course. You have several years of leadership experience and pronounced leadership competencies You have already gained several years of professional experience in credit processing for corporate customers In addition to a high service orientation and networked thinking, you bring the willingness to actively help shape modernizations and decisively tackle new opportunities Clarity, decisiveness, and a pinch of humor characterize you – even when things get hectic We are committed to you!
