We are recruiting on behalf of a Geneva real estate agency that has been solidly established in its market for many years.

As part of the development of its accounting department, our client wishes to strengthen its team with an experienced real estate accountant having a first experience of a few within a Swiss agency.

Job Description ##

• Management of the accounting for a portfolio of rental properties
• Processing of receipts and payments
• Performance of bank reconciliations
• Preparation of periodic and annual closings
• Establishment of heating and service charge statements
• Payment of owner's available funds
• Control and monitoring of management accounts
• Monitoring of supplier invoices and financial flows
• Close collaboration with property managers
• Participation in the continuous improvement of department processes

The Successful Applicant ##

• Training in accounting or a degree deemed equivalent
• First confirmed experience of at least 3 years in real estate accounting in a Swiss agency
• Good mastery of rental accounting principles
• Knowledge of a real estate ERP, an asset
• Rigorous, organized, and reliable personality
• Ability to work autonomously while enjoying teamwork
