In your role as Teacher, you will support our Consultants together with your team in projects, assignments, and ongoing customer support. In doing so, you are not in direct contact with customers yourself, but rather concentrate on passing on your specialist knowledge in a practical way, coaching employees, and actively promoting their development. In addition, you will develop training concepts and conduct internal courses as well as events. With your commitment, you will make a decisive contribution to building our Abacus competence.

You coach and accompany our Abacus Consultants professionally and methodically in projects, assignments, and customer support.
You support quality assurance and contribute to ensuring our high quality standards.
You ensure the basic training in the area of Abacus Software for new employees.
You independently develop training programs, learning paths, and training concepts.
You plan and lead internal courses and training sessions and are responsible for our internal course program.
You attend Abacus events and prepare new information for our employees.
You present the Abacus Software at sales events, information events, or webinars.
What you bring with you:
The role as Teacher imperatively requires several years of Abacus experience in the Finance, Payroll, and HR applications at an Abacus distribution partner.
Demonstrable experience in the successful implementation of projects or assignments as well as in customer support.
Enthusiasm for the education and further training of employees as well as initial experience as a coach is an advantage.
You bring a pronounced sense for different learning needs as well as the ability to promote employees individually.
You are open, communicative, and value personal exchange. You also find solutions in demanding situations.
Even if you are not in direct customer contact, a structured approach with very high independence is required, and you must have a willingness to travel to be regularly present at our locations.
