Your new role: Social Worker Counseling Center 80% ## Start date: 01. January 2027 or by arrangement What to expect: ### • Social counseling for children, adolescents and adults as well as their relatives regarding disability-specific concerns • Specialist advice on social insurance and benefits of the disability assistance of the Canton BL • Managing professional legal guardianships • Supporting people in the process of individual needs assessment • Submitting applications for financial aid • Collaboration in specialist teams and projects • Performing public relations work for the counseling center area What we expect from you: ### • Completed degree in Social Work (FH, Bachelor or Master) • Several years of professional experience in social work • Interest in working with people with disabilities • Teamwork skills, independence, resilience and flexibility • In-depth competencies in conversation management and counseling • In-depth knowledge of social insurance law • Advanced PC user skills What we offer: ### • Independent and versatile work in a qualified team • Innovative and collegial supportive atmosphere • Regular case consultation as well as internal further training • Attractive employment conditions Interested?: ### We look forward to receiving your written application via e-mail by 25.09.2026 to info@stiftungmosaik.ch .
