For Hälg & Co. AG, a company of Zahn + Co. AG, we are looking for a heating installer site manager in Kreuzlingen.

Your challenge ##

• Lead large and small scale construction sites as well as the associated installation team
• Perform varied assembly and installation work during new build and renovation projects
• Coordinate with the works management, planners, architects and other trades on the construction site
• Implement and control execution plans and diagrams as well as autonomously find solutions to technical challenges
• Support work preparation as well as the planning of personnel and resource requirements
• Responsibility for material procurement and report management

Your profile ##

• Successful professional training as a heating installer, continuing education as an installer manager is an asset
• Several years of professional experience
• Reliable, deadline-oriented and customer-oriented way of working
• Responsible and resilient personality with leadership potential
• Autonomous and solution-oriented way of working as well as technical understanding and a keen sense of quality
• Good organizational and communicative skills as well as a confident attitude towards clients, works management and employees
