The Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Hohenrain is a competence center for the training, promotion, and support of around 200 children and adolescents in the areas of cognitive development and language development in teaching, social pedagogy, and therapy from the foundation level up to the age of 18. HR Generalist (a) # 80% - 100% | Hohenrain | as of 01.11.2026 or by arrangement ## HR very close to the action: At the Heilpädagogisches Zentrum Hohenrain, a versatile HR role awaits you with a direct connection to employees, managers, and various specialist departments. You advise, accompany, mediate, and apply your HR know-how where it is needed in daily work life. Your tasks • As the first point of contact, you advise and support employees and managers on operational and administrative HR topics and competently accompany them through various personnel processes. • You support our department heads with personnel questions, recruitments, further training, and other HR topics, and involve the responsible specialist units of the Personnel Department for more complex issues. • The needs of the various departments and occupational groups are diverse. You recognize interfaces, mediate between different concerns, and develop practical and sustainable solutions together with those involved. • You discuss vacancies with managers, accompany initial interviews, and ensure a professional and smooth entry together with the Recruiting Center of the Personnel Department. • You prepare and conduct internal training on HR topics. In addition, you prepare decision-making bases for the management and participate in various HR projects. Your profile • You have completed commercial training as well as the federal diploma as an HR specialist (HR-Fachfrau / HR-Fachmann) and bring professional experience in a comparable function. • You enjoy advising managers and take pleasure in bringing different perspectives together and mediating in a solution-oriented manner even with demanding issues. • With your networked thinking and your good understanding of HR processes, you recognize connections and can well assess which topics you handle independently and when involving a specialist unit is sensible. • Strong communication skills, social competence, and service orientation characterize you. You approach different people openly and create a trusting basis for conversation even with sensitive personnel topics. • You work independently, carefully, and with a focus on quality, maintain an overview even in a versatile environment, and like to contribute your own ideas to develop HR topics in a practical way.
