Interior Design Consultant (m/f/d) at Möbel Märki in Ittigen BE

Möbel Märki is the largest, still truly Swiss interior design specialist store with 6 branches in German-speaking Switzerland. We advise in the showroom, at the customers' homes, and at the most important public trade fairs. Our motto is «schöner Wohnen – besser Leben – das märki mir!».

We are looking for outgoing and enthusiastic personalities who radiate and generate sympathy instantly – people who are aware that selling is always at the forefront, whether we are selling an idea, ourselves, or an object like a piece of furniture.

Being able to listen carefully and being mindful is the foundation for capturing the living situation in dialogue and designing a new interior concept for the customers. Successful customer consultations last an hour or longer. During this process, we work out the best solution for the customer step by step and appear elegantly and with excellence. We are only satisfied when our customers are also satisfied.

To understand the wide assortment and expand interior design competence, we organize weekly exchange of experience and training sessions within the team. There, we also share our planning ideas to create even one more solution for our customers. We enjoy serving and performing and are always striving to expand our personal skills.

We wish for our consultants to be committed and reliable, hardworking and focused, humorous, with a clear attitude and a fresh appearance. High self-competence and social competence are required. Style confidence, an affinity for design, materials and colors, and the ability to present even with spontaneous hand sketches make everyday life easier. Re-entering employees are also welcome. Saturdays are important shopping days for our customers and are therefore always included in the weekly work schedule.

We offer a good working atmosphere, small teams, independent work, and a commission system that rewards above-average performance accordingly. We offer good social benefits and a pension fund with a coverage ratio of over 120.

Please address your application to Ilse Furter. We look forward to it if we fit together and find each other and walk the further professional path together. «Das märki mir!»
