CONTROL CENTER EMPLOYEE

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Control and organization of daily warehouse operations
• Recording, processing, and management of customer orders in the warehouse management system
• Timely release and monitoring of orders
• Processing of customer inquiries and complaints (claim management)
• Recording and evaluation of performance data for warehouse billing

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed vocational training as Logistiker EFZ
• Ideally a qualification as Logistikfachmann, Prozessfachmann, or a comparable further education
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Reliability, flexibility, and resilience
• Independent, team-oriented, and quality-conscious way of working
