Our client is an established Spitex organization in the Canton of Aargau, which, with around 125 employees, is among the larger providers in the region and serves a catchment area of approx. 38,500 inhabitants. The company is characterized by a modern, innovative operation that relies on a culture of respect, appreciation, and interdisciplinary exchange. To strengthen the management team, we are looking for a committed personality as Team Leader Nursing.

Your tasks

• Organizational and personnel leadership of around 20 team members
• Overview and coordination of technically complex situations in the catchment area
• Coordinate and ensure cooperation with the Professional Development team
• Ensuring demand-oriented and professional care of clients
• Close cooperation with other team leaders and active further development
• Shaping a constructive error and feedback culture within the team

Your profile

• Training as a dipl. nursing professional HF or FH
• Leadership experience in the healthcare or social sector
• Leadership training completed or willingness to complete it
• High self- and social competence as a leadership personality
• Very good IT skills, ideally in Perigon
• Ideally knowledge of Spitex operations
