Your area of responsibility

• Administrative support for the social workers
• Contact person for service providers and health insurance companies as well as other external bodies
• Processing and handling of social insurance law matters

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training, preferably in a public administration
• Knowledge of social insurance law / KVG
• High resilience and ability to set boundaries in hectic situations
• Empathy and skill in dealing with residents and authorities / offices / institutions
• Proficient German skills and fluency in written expression
• Experience in a public administration or with the specialist application Tutoris is an advantage
