ICT Business Analyst

Job description:

• Analysis, documentation and optimization of clinical and administrative business processes
• Recording, structuring and prioritizing business and IT requirements
• Advising specialist departments on the digitalization and optimization of workflows
• Creation of functional concepts, process descriptions and requirement documentations
• Collaboration in the evaluation, introduction and further development of IT systems and digital solutions
• Coordination between specialist departments, ICT, external service providers and software suppliers
• Identification of optimization and automation potentials
• Moderation of workshops as well as target-group-oriented communication with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels
• Active participation in digitalization and transformation initiatives

About the customer:

For our customer, an established organization in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst to strengthen the Digitalization & ICT department.

In this permanent position, you will take on a central interface function between specialist departments, IT, external partners and software suppliers. You will analyze existing processes, structure requirements and actively help shape the digital further development of clinical and administrative processes.

Requirements:

• Completed studies or higher education in Business Informatics, Medical Informatics, Computer Science or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, ICT Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Process Manager or in a comparable function
• Experience in digitalization, IT or transformation projects
• Ideally experience in healthcare, hospital environment, Health IT or MedTech
• Sound knowledge in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis and process modeling
• Good understanding of the interaction between business processes, applications, interfaces and ICT architectures
• Knowledge of standards such as HL7, FHIR or DICOM is an advantage
• Experience with clinical information systems, administrative applications or digital healthcare processes is a plus
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and advisory competence in dealing with specialist departments and IT
• Very good German skills
