Specialist Vacuum Brazing 100% (m/f/d) Tasks: • Independent execution and monitoring of vacuum brazing processes • Setting up, operating and programming the vacuum brazing systems • Carrying out assembly, tack welding and preparation work • Checking the manufactured components by means of leak and functional tests • Ensuring flawless quality as well as documentation of the work steps • Creating and updating work and process instructions • Maintenance, cleaning and upkeep of the machines and operating resources • Active cooperation in the optimization of production processes and technical projects • Support and induction of new team members • Compliance with safety, quality and environmental regulations Requirements: • Completed vocational training as an Anlagen- und Apparatebauer/in EFZ or a comparable training in metal processing • Technical understanding as well as experience in reading technical drawings • Knowledge in handling chemicals or the willingness to complete the corresponding training • Interest in training yourself in the control and programming of vacuum brazing systems • Structured, responsible and solution-oriented way of working • SAP knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement • Good user knowledge in MS Office programs • Very good German skills in speaking and writing • Teamwork skills, initiative and the motivation to develop yourself professionally
