Junior Customer Consultant (f/m/d) Locarno Area - Sales Excellence Program

Do you want to start your career in sales after your training or studies? In the Sales Excellence Program, we prepare you in a targeted manner, for 18 months, for your future role as a customer consultant. You will learn the insurance sector from the basics, develop your consulting and sales skills, and be supported by mentors. Step by step, you will take on more responsibility, build your own client portfolio, and lay the foundation for a successful career in sales.

• During the Sales Excellence Program, you will learn, step by step, everything needed for a successful career as a customer consultant.
• You advise customers by telephone and in person and acquire valuable practical experience in sales.
• You acquire new customers and gradually build your client portfolio.
• You support market development in your region and schedule advisory appointments.
• You work with experienced colleagues and benefit from their knowledge and experience.
• You contribute to sales and marketing activities and get to know different distribution channels.
• You complete a comprehensive basic training, including the AFA certification funded by us, and continuously expand your specialist skills as well as your consulting and sales abilities.

What you bring ##

• Completed education (apprenticeship, baccalaureate or university studies)
• Enjoyment in dealing with people and enthusiasm for consulting and sales
• Strong communication skills, empathy and confidence in manner
• Personal initiative, willingness to learn and desire to grow personally and professionally
• Goal-oriented and autonomous approach to work
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and knowledge of German or French
• Category B driving license
• Residence in the region or availability to build a solid network of contacts there
