Building Services Planner / Project Manager Sanitary

As an innovative company, we ensure that drinking water flows in buildings throughout Switzerland. To this end, with around 500 employees, we develop, produce, and distribute pioneering overall solutions for sanitary and heating technology.

Your tasks

• Independent opening, management, and completion of customer projects
• Creation and processing of offers and orders for industrially prefabricated solutions
• Creation of CAD planning documents including feasibility studies and material take-offs
• Issuing manufacturing releases and obtaining 'approval for execution'
• Coordination of internal and external interfaces
• Coordination of deadlines, deliveries, and transports with customers
• Technical consulting and customer service
• Management and monitoring of performance partners and service providers

Your competencies

• Completed basic technical training in the field of sanitary, heating, building services technology, or a related construction or installation technology
• Good CAD knowledge, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in project management is an advantage
• Confident handling of the German language in spoken and written form
• Knowledge of the French and/or Italian language is an advantage
• High customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of a hub function
• Exact and reliable way of working as well as digital affinity
