Together with our customers, you successfully bring modern ways of working and AI solutions into practice. You accompany companies during the introduction of Microsoft 365 and Copilot – from conception to rollout. You develop concepts for collaboration with Microsoft 365 and support customers in their implementation. You conduct assessments for technical readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot and derive concrete recommendations for action from them. You implement technical solutions around Copilot agents and help customers to integrate AI meaningfully and securely into their work processes. You design and realize modern intranets based on SharePoint Online. You accompany workshops, pilotings and rollouts and collect practical consulting experience. During a structured onboarding, you continuously develop your consulting and technology skills and take on more responsibility step by step in customer projects. Initial practical experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, Teams or comparable collaboration and AI solutions – through professional experience, internships, working student positions or projects during studies. Enthusiasm for technology, AI and the digital workplace of the future. Enjoyment of exchange with customers and a strong service orientation. Analytical thinking skills as well as an independent and structured way of working. A (technical) university degree or an ongoing degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field. Workload of 80% to 100%, main place of work in Bern, Zurich or Basel as well as flexible willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland. Willingness to learn new things and take on responsibility.
