System Engineer Fleet Management (80-100%) With your IT know-how, you will successfully bring innovative fleet management solutions to our customers and help shape their digital future. You implement, configure, and maintain fleet management and output solutions in complex IT environments. You carry out system updates and migrations, support customers as well as internal teams with technical know-how, and ensure stable operation as well as the continuous optimization of the system landscape. Your area of activity covers the entire Switzerland with a focus on German-speaking Switzerland. Your place of work is at the headquarters in Wallisellen. Responsibilities Implementation, configuration, and optimization of fleet management and device-centric solutions (Cloud & On-Premise) Carrying out system implementations, updates, migrations, and technical adjustments in customer environments Analysis and resolution of complex system, infrastructure, and configuration problems in 3rd-level support as well as ensuring stable system operation Planning and conducting technical training for customers, field service technicians, and partners Creation of technical documentation, configuration guidelines, and migration concepts Close cooperation with internal specialists, Professional Services, and the IT departments of our customers as well as support during product launches and quality assurance Qualifications IT training (EFZ, HF/FH) or comparable technical qualification Experience in the IT infrastructure environment as well as with fleet or output management solutions Knowledge of Microsoft networks, security, and cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS) Enjoyment of customer contact as well as conducting technical training Analytical, independent, and solution-oriented personality with a high service orientation Very good German and English skills; [unintelligible] is a big plus [unintelligible]
