What you can look forward to:

• Independent processing and checking of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices for our clinics in Switzerland
• Clarification of differences and complaints from invoicing and the corresponding coordination of necessary clarifications with internal and external bodies
• Invoice creation for external customers and service recipients
• Active participation in projects and process optimizations to help shape the further development of the departments
• Process case-related accounts payable invoices and ensure correct processing/allocation for invoices of medical material and medications
• Support the team in daily business and ensure smooth operations as a deputy

What we look forward to:

• Successfully completed commercial basic training
• Good knowledge of accounts receivable management, dunning procedures and collection processes
• Proficient handling of MS Office and ERP/financial systems
• Strong understanding of numbers and interest in process optimization
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
