What you can achieve: ##

• Together with a competent team, you are responsible for guarding as well as access and effects control in an asylum center
• You carry out patrol services in two-person teams inside and outside the building
• Conveying a sense of security to your fellow human beings
• With your presence, you ensure a smooth daily routine as well as peace and order
• In case of conflicts, you act in a de-escalating manner and intervene to ensure the safety of asylum seekers and the population
• Cooperation with various authorities
• You take on non-routine security tasks in the asylum environment, such as the initial registration of new asylum seekers

What you bring: ##

• At least 20 years young
• Impeccable reputation, attach an up-to-date debt collection register and criminal record extract to the application (not older than 3 months until the start of employment)
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage
• Readiness and enjoyment of irregular working hours (weekend and night work in three-shift operation)
• Readiness to perform at least two shifts of 8 hours per week
• Very good physical and mental condition
• Communicative, good manners, confident appearance and high resilience
