Your tasks

• Independent assumption of administrative and financial tasks to support mandate management
• Assertion and registration of benefit claims, creation of incoming inventories and preparation of accountability reports for the KESB
• Processing of insurance and social insurance matters
• Creation and monitoring of budgets and settlements

Your profile

• Commercial training EFZ and professional experience
• Good knowledge of accounting and social insurance
• Independent, exact and structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility and discretion
• Good communication skills
• Experience in the social or administrative sector is an advantage
