For our Zurich location, we are looking for an experienced: Real Estate Accountant (M/F/D) 80-100% YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Independent management of your own real estate portfolio Monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including the corresponding reporting/analyses and reports Responsibility for the preparation/pre-control of heating and ancillary cost statements Administration and reconciliation of accounts receivable, accounts payable and tenant accounts Assistance with the monthly dunning run/debt collection together with property management Support and advice to property management during the takeover of new mandates, including the posting of the opening balance sheet Participation in quality controls in the area of real estate accounting Support and advice to property management on general accounting questions YOUR STRENGTHS AND EXPERIENCE Commercial basic training with function-specific further training (e.g., Clerk in Finance and Accounting, Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting, CAS Real Estate Accounting or similar) Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting Independent and precise way of working Experience with Garaio REM (or REM) is very desirable Very good German skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage OPPORTUNITIES AND BENEFITS Progressive company culture and open interaction Challenging and diverse position in a dynamic company Attractive employment conditions with flexible working hours model and modern workplace Home Office possibility Attractive contributions for external further training Private worldwide accident insurance, premiums covered by the employer Preferential conditions on accounts and mortgages at Migros Bank jpid4c71227jm jit0731jm jiy26jm
