Head of Technology & Infrastructure 100% (m/w/d)

Introduction

You will take over the management of technical maintenance and ensure that the production facilities run reliably and efficiently. In doing so, you will actively shape processes and contribute your expertise to exciting technical projects.

Tasks

• Technical and personnel leadership of the maintenance team
• Planning and coordination of maintenance, repair, and optimization work on machines and infrastructure
• Implementation of preventive maintenance according to time, quality, and safety specifications
• Responsibility for technical projects in the area of maintenance
• Organization of the on-call service including own readiness for deployment
• Cooperation with internal departments and external partners

Profile

• Completed technical training (e.g., automation technician, electrical installer, or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance, ideally in a manufacturing environment
• Leadership experience or the motivation to take on this responsibility
• Good IT user knowledge (MS Office) and technical understanding
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working with high social competence
