Your area of responsibility

As Chief Commercial Officer, you take overall responsibility for the commercial growth strategy of our company. In this key role, you actively help shape the corporate strategy, drive market and business development, and lead the areas of Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with a clear focus on sustainable growth and long-term corporate success.

• Development and implementation of the growth and business development strategy for Switzerland as well as co-shaping the corporate strategy as a member of the Executive Board.
• Leadership of the areas Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Control of commercial performance via KPI management, forecasting, CRM, and reporting.
• Further development of the sales strategy as well as opening up new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
• Responsibility for strategic tenders, bidding processes, and negotiations at C-level.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at management and executive levels.
• Responsibility for marketing and communication activities, brand management, and the further development of market presence.

Your profile

• Personality that wants to make a difference and help write the next chapter of Compass Group in Switzerland.
• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a comparable education.
• Several years of leadership experience in strategic sales, business development, or commercial management, ideally in a hospitality or facility management environment.
• Demonstrable success in complex sales processes and negotiations at executive and C-level.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, develop, and sustainably lead teams to success.
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage.
