Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept from Familie Wiesner Gastronomie AG, was established in 2006 and has since earned a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classics to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests.
The premises near Bahnhof Stadelhofen in Zürich exude the flair of a 60s Parisian establishment and feature 112 seats across two floors indoors as well as an additional 20 seats in the outdoor area.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Teamleader*in Service (a) 80%

immediately or by arrangement

Your versatile activities:

• You actively take care of our guests and ensure they have a top time with us 🥳
• As a leader, you hold our service team together and set everyone on a course for success 🚀
• Quality is not a compromise for you, and you take on responsibility with pride 📖
• Closings, inventories and co.? You have a clear overview and handle it easy 📊
• New colleagues? You introduce them and make them ready for service 🙌

Your talents & experiences:

• You love working with guests and making their lives more colorful 🍹
• You have a basic gastro training or something comparable in your pocket 🎓
• Professional experience? Of course, you already have a few years under your belt and bring skills with you 💼
• Leadership experience would be a plus – if you have already led a team, all the better 🚀
• Technology does not deter you: you have PC skills and digital tools under control 💻
