For our long-standing customer in Bern, we are looking for an immediate:

Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) ##

Area of responsibility:

• Preparatory work on vehicles and components for painting
• Execution of painting work on rail vehicles and their components
• Large-area painting according to specified quality standards
• Touch-up, repair, and finishing work
• Control of surface quality as well as ensuring a flawless finish
• Operation of crane systems and safe slinging of loads
• Compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations
• Documentation of the work performed according to specifications

Requirements:

• Completed training as Industrial Painter EBA or EFZ, Car Painter EBA or EFZ, or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in the painting of industrial vehicles or large components
• Experience with large-area painting
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Valid crane license
• Training as a slinger is an advantage or willingness to use this
• Completed PSAgA fall protection or height safety course
• Physical resilience and a reliable way of working
• High sense of safety, quality, and responsibility
• Ability to work in a team as well as a careful and independent way of working
