Your tasks

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of clients, mobile devices, servers, and peripheral devices
• Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the client, server, cloud, and M365 infrastructure
• Analysis and rectification of malfunctions as well as ensuring stable and secure IT operations
• User and authorization management as well as administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and other IT systems
• Implementation of IT security specifications and support during audits
• Participation in IT projects, rollouts, migrations, and the further development of IT solutions
• Coordination of external service providers, manufacturers, and suppliers
• Support of the specialist departments with specialist applications and interfaces
• Maintenance of asset, license, and configuration management as well as technical documentation
• Planning and coordination of maintenance, change, and installation work
• Prioritization and coordination of tasks, malfunctions, and changes within the area of responsibility
• Requesting technical improvements and investments for the attention of the Head of IT

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of computer science, ideally Informatiker/in EFZ
• Further training in the field of computer science (HF, FH, or federal diploma)
• Further training in the field of Microsoft, Cloud, Network, or IT security is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in the operation and support of IT infrastructures
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune
• Experience in the administration of clients, servers, mobile devices, and peripheral devices
• Knowledge in IT security as well as in user and authorization management
• Experience in asset, license, and configuration management
• Experience in participating in and implementing IT projects, rollouts, and migrations
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with various specialist departments
• Good communication and coordination skills in dealing with internal and external contact persons
• High sense of responsibility as well as independent decision-making ability
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
