Your responsibility

• For our school, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented personality who, together with their job partner, forms the administrative hub of our school.
• In this versatile function, you will support the school management in organizational and communicative matters and contribute significantly to smooth school operations.
• You manage the master data of students and teachers in our school administration solution SAL and conduct diverse correspondence.
• You are co-responsible for the issuance of contracts for the school management and employees, as well as for the organization of teacher substitutions.
• For careful training, an introduction starting from 1 March 2027 with a reduced workload is planned. This ensures an optimal handover and a successful start.

Your background

• You handle administrative tasks reliably and independently with your precise way of working, are highly team-oriented, flexible, and possess the ability to think in networks.
• With your training in the commercial sector, you bring sound knowledge and are proficient in using MS Office and SAP-based databases.
• Ideally, you already have experience with the school administration solution (SAL) of the Kanton Basel-Landschaft.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholders. Social competence and empathy are important to you.
• High discretion and resilience are required.
