Specialist in Quality Management and Patient Safety The Klinik Arlesheim is a leading center for integrative medicine and has been combining conventional medicine with Anthroposophical medicine for over 100 years. We provide inpatient care for up to 90 patients in oncology, internal medicine, and psychiatry/psychosomatics, supplemented by an oncology day clinic, general practitioner medicine, nine specialist outpatient clinics, as well as a 24h emergency service and acute medical care at home. We are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a Specialist in Quality Management and Patient Safety 70-80% Your tasks Quality Management Maintenance and document control of the QM system according to regulatory requirements, as well as active further development of the document management system (DMS) within the framework of ongoing digitalization. Coordination and organization of the ANQ measurements, as well as preparation of the results for the Quality Management management and the specialist departments. Participation in the implementation of regulatory requirements (Swissmedic, GPMV-hospital, cantonal requirements) and in the creation of corresponding evidentiary documents. Preparation, support, and follow-up of internal and external audits. Support in the planning and execution of internal training on QM topics as well as advising the specialist departments on process and document questions. Collaboration on QM projects (e.g., process optimizations, concept and reporting systems) as well as on the preparation of decision-making bases for the clinic management. Patient Safety Support and further development of the CIRS (Critical Incident Reporting System), including evaluation, case discussion, and derivation of measures. Advising and sensitizing the specialist departments on topics of patient safety in the sense of a learning-oriented error culture. Support in the recording, analysis, and follow-up of patient safety-relevant events and key figures. Your profile Completed training in healthcare (e.g., nursing, medical-technical) or business administration, with further training in quality management or willingness to undertake further training. Several years of professional experience in healthcare, ideally in a hospital environment, with a connection to quality management and/or patient safety. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ANQ, CIRS, as well as the regulatory requirements (Swissmedic, GPMV-hospital) is an advantage. Analytical, structured, and independent way of working, stylish communication in German, and proficient use of MS Office.
