The financial control is an independent organizational unit that is professionally independent, not subject to instructions and committed only to the law. It supports the City Council and the Municipal Council in their supervisory or oversight function. What you move You plan and lead audits of selected IT applications and business processes or participate in them as a team member You participate in the risk analysis of the applications used as well as in the assessment of the governance and the control environment You write target-group-oriented audit reports and represent your findings in closing meetings You participate in the further development of our audit methodology You take over an area of responsibility that is continuously expanded according to your strengths and interests What you bring Education in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable field of study Further training in the field of IT auditing (CISA, CISM or comparable) or readiness to complete this alongside work Ideally several years of professional experience in IT, business informatics, auditing or business analysis Independent, structured and precise way of working as well as a high awareness of quality Interest and professional skepticism Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as working in a team Your benefits in Bern For meaning & city life With us, you change something.
