Specialist in Care (EFZ) / Class Assistant, 50- 71%

As a Specialist in Care / Class Assistant, you promote and supervise students with special needs in kindergarten and after-school care. You specifically align your support with the individual strengths and areas of development of the students and promote academic and social competencies as well as practical life skills. As part of the class team, you support the responsible teachers during lessons as well as during events and excursions. With empathy, openness, and communicative strength, you build sustainable relationships and, together with the team, shape a structured and supportive school everyday life. The working hours are distributed over the weekdays Monday to Friday. The work is carried out according to a fixed work schedule and is limited to school weeks. During the school holidays in BL, the Specialists in Care / Class Assistants are off. This position is a fixed-term substitution with an option for extension - start date and duration by arrangement.
