Area of responsibility

• Planning, organizing and conducting resource-oriented group or individual activations. (Residential groups – cross-cutting with 5 – 20 participants, individually or in a team)
• Support in the organization and implementation of events, occasions and excursions
• Promoting and maintaining the existing skills of the residents
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with all other departments of the operation
• Humor and joy in working with our residents are particularly important to you and us

Your profile

• Practical experience in activation in a geriatric environment and in working with people with dementing illness is an advantage
• Ideally, you already have completed training as a specialist in activation (1-3 year LEA training)
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Creative and design skills and openness to new group and individual offers
• High and flexible readiness for deployment
