YOUR TASKS

• As a team, you welcome our patients, visitors as well as customers, represent the clinic and create a benevolent atmosphere
• You are the first point of contact, work in close collaboration with all departments and are responsible for an optimal flow of information (reception, patient admission, emergency, doctors and bed services)
• Managing the telephone switchboard is part of your tasks as well as various administrative tasks
• As a team, you cover morning and evening services as well as weekends

YOUR PROFILE

• You are an experienced receptionist with several years of professional experience
• You are used to working in the evening as well as on weekends
• Open-mindedness, great flexibility and commitment are obvious to you
• You communicate easily in German and French (any other language, notably English and Italian, is an asset)
• You have good IT skills and a technical sense for different operating systems
• You are the first person of contact and you distinguish yourself by a great customer orientation as well as a neat presentation
• With you, our reception team gains a loyal and team-oriented personality, flexible, resistant to stress and who loves human contact
