For a publicly-law organization, we are looking for a committed personality for the care of people in the asylum sector.

We are looking for a reliable person who likes to take on responsibility, provides orientation in everyday life and also acts calmly and solution-oriented in demanding situations.

Tasks

• Accompanying and supporting the residents in everyday life and with the daily structure
• Contact person for personal, organizational and everyday concerns
• Ensuring orderly coexistence as well as support in conflict situations
• Administrative tasks as well as coordination of entries and exits

Requirements

• Completed training or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in a social, caregiving or comparable environment is an advantage
• Good German skills and solid English skills
• Independent, flexible and responsible way of working
