tasks

• you are responsible for the processing of day-to-day business in the area of air freight, including dangerous goods
• this involves export and import processing
• you also advise customers competently in German as well as English and offer them tailor-made solutions
• you also negotiate with suppliers, handling agents as well as airlines and organize the transports
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 to 100%

requirements

• you have training as a freight forwarding agent (Speditionskauffrau / Speditionskaufmann) or equivalent and / or bring solid professional experience in the area of air freight
• ideally you are familiar with the guidelines of civil aviation (BAZL) as well as with dangerous goods
• do you also describe yourself as communicative, a team player and service-oriented?
