Currently, we are looking for a new team member as a Personnel Consultant 100% in the recruiting area.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You accompany clients and candidates through the entire recruitment process and advise both sides according to their needs
• With targeted active sourcing and convincing job advertisements, you approach suitable candidates for open positions
• You prepare candidates professionally for interviews and accompany them conscientiously throughout the entire application process
• You coordinate appointments reliably and maintain an overview even with several ongoing mandates
• You continuously expand your network of clients and candidates and further develop existing relationships

You offer your new employer:

• You have completed training or a degree at HF, FH or university level, for example in BWL, psychology, tourism or a comparable field
• Joy in direct exchange with people as well as a confident, empathetic and convincing appearance characterize you
• You are interested in consulting, recruiting and in bringing different needs together
• You bring team spirit and openness to a transparent feedback culture
• Very good German language skills are required; good English or French skills are an advantage
