Your tasks: Maintenance of interior and exterior surfaces of buildings Maintenance of green spaces Execute inspection tasks autonomously Manage maintenance and upkeep activities Handle various requests and minor troubleshooting Process daily work reports, delivery notes and order tickets Monitor and accompany the execution of work by mandated companies Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for various sectors Manage small repair projects Snow removal Technical on-call duty according to schedule Your profile: CFC facility management agent or title deemed equivalent Several years of experience in facility management (cleaning and building technology) Good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites Mastery of French Good use of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Driving license mandatory (service car provided) Autonomy, Reactivity, Priority management, Good communication Interpersonal and service skills Ability to work alone or in a team Ready for us?
