As part of the development of its activities, it is looking for a Technician Manager to lead the planning, estimation, and supervision of construction sites. This position also consists of being the director's right hand, with strong autonomy and a key role in the success of projects.
Missions
Plan, organize and supervise construction sites
Establish schedules and monitor their execution
Study tender documents and perform feasibility analyses
Consult suppliers and subcontractors, establish comparisons and propose variants
Calculate tenders (measurements, materials, labor, machinery)
Define hour and yield objectives per type of work
Organize teams, subcontractors and temporary workers
Manage technicians on the field: task distribution, daily monitoring, training and motivation
Ensure safety on construction sites (ord. CNA, PHSE, risk analyses)
Maintain relations with project owners, architects and clients
Participate in recruitment and evaluations
Monitor budgets, control costs and optimize resources
Ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of projects
Participate in site meetings and represent the company
Ensure after-sales service and post-work follow-up
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing works
Technical mastery in plastering, painting, peripheral insulation
Solid skills in estimation, site management and team supervision
Good knowledge of standards, reading plans and IT tools
Organizational spirit, rigor and sense of initiative
Driving license indispensable
