MISSION
Ensure assessment, counseling, and treatment services at the home of persons presenting a disability or a state of physical or psychological dependency. Ensure support for the entourage. Bring innovative proposals in the management of clients.

PROFILE

• Occupational therapy diploma (for foreign diplomas, recognition from the Red Cross is required)
• Experience in rehabilitation or psychogeriatrics, an asset
• Interest in community health and mental health
• Willingness to involve oneself in a multidisciplinary team
• Basic IT knowledge
• Driver's license and vehicle available
