Become part of our 150-year success story and help shape the future of mobility.   Together one floor higher as   Project Manager (m/w/d) 80-100% # As a Project Manager, you take responsibility for national projects for efficiency increases, process optimization, and innovation in the area of Existing Installations Sales Management. You develop forward-looking concepts, ensure their rollout into Field Operations, and thus drive the continuous further development of our existing installations business.   Tasks: • Management of national projects in the area of Existing Installations Sales, from conception to rollout into Field Operations • Collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to identify new market opportunities in the area of Portfolio and REP • Development of concepts and ensuring quality in the area of Existing Installations Sales • Leadership of interdisciplinary projects with internal and external stakeholders • Introduction of new processes and tools for Field Operations as well as accompanying their implementation • Continuous improvement of processes based on feedback from Field Operations as well as support with training and educational activities • Completed studies in business administration or engineering • Experience in conducting projects; experience in the service business and/or elevator industry is an advantage • Very good German skills as well as good English skills; Italian and French skills are an advantage • High personal responsibility and strong organizational skills • Readiness for continuous improvement and to take new paths • High level of commitment, resilience, and flexibility • Excellent development opportunities: Personnel development is lived by us.
