SERVICE TECHNICIAN "Heating Systems" (also for career changers, Luzern/Zug) (m/f)

Your tasks:

• Operational responsibility for specific commissioning of heating systems in the assigned market area
• Coordination and implementation of extensive troubleshooting, ad-hoc measures, and maintenance as well as upkeep work in a versatile customer field (private customers, large-scale buildings, administrations, etc.)
• Situational and comprehensive advice to the same customer base regarding service contracts, spare parts, and additional products
• Regular contact with the management team and the supervisor as well as occasional training and further education in the specialist field
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other units (sales, logistics, technology, etc.) as well as deputy at the same level, participation in cross-departmental special projects and events

Your profile:

• Sound technical training in the field of building technology/HVAC, electrical, mechanics (or comparable), technical further education (e.g., specialist for heating systems or TS is an advantage), career change possible!
• Several years of experience in direct customer contact within the service environment of a company with technical products
• Proven track record with specialist experience in the field of alternative energy systems, electrical technology, building automation, or similar specialist directions desirable
• German as a native language, foreign language skills in French, English and/or Italian not mandatory but an asset
• Place of residence, if possible, in the deployment area (you will work mostly from home), proficiency in the most common IT applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Internet, etc.)
