You play a key role in the transformation of our Claims organization and contribute to further developing our working methods far beyond traditional legal claims management. What to expect Leadership and further development of a team of lawyers at the Adliswil and Nyon locations Responsibility for all legal issues in connection with Non-Life claims settlement Participation in the strategic further development of claims management within the framework of Technical Excellence Management of complex claims as well as leading court, ombudsman, and out-of-court proceedings Advising and supporting the Claims teams on complex legal issues Representation of Generali towards courts, authorities, and associations What you bring with you University degree in law and attorney patent Sound experience in insurance, liability, and/or social security law Experience in leading teams or strong leadership potential Strategic thinking skills as well as the ability to solve legal issues pragmatically and economically Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills Willingness to travel regularly between our locations Adliswil and Nyon Very good French and German skills in speaking and writing (C1-C2 in both languages); Italian and English skills are an advantage Your benefits Your office is where you are: depending on your workload, you can work remotely up to 60% of your working time.
