As part of a temporary mission, we are looking for, for one of our clients, an
Pharma / chemistry production operator (M/F)
Your mission:
Ensure the operation of production equipment (weighing, mixing, packaging, etc.)
Perform in-process controls (process parameters, visual controls, sampling)
Complete batch records and traceability documentation (BPF/GMP)
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety procedures and good manufacturing practices
Participate in cleaning operations, first-level maintenance and format changes
Report any anomaly or deviation and contribute to the continuous improvement process
Required technical skills:
Training in chemistry, pharmacy, bio-industries or equivalent technical field (CFC, CQP or similar title)
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPF/GMP) and quality standards (ISO, cGMP)
Proficiency in operating industrial equipment (automates, packaging machines)
Ability to read and follow strict procedures and operating methods
Basic notions of chemical safety (handling of substances, wearing PPE)
Proficiency in simple IT tools (data entry, ERP) is a plus
Your profile:
You are rigorous, organized and attentive to detail
You appreciate working in a supervised and regulated environment
You know how to work in a team while being autonomous in your tasks
You are available for work on shifted hours / in shifts (2x8, 3x8 – to be adapted according to position)
First experience in a pharma, chemistry or agri-food environment is an asset, but motivated beginner profiles are also considered
